Hello, I’m Wes, the Operations & General Manager at Park Road Furniture. My journey to this pivotal role has been shaped by diverse experiences. Beginning as an Owner & Operator of a lawn care business alongside my brother at a young age, I transitioned to the realm of music instruction before immersing myself in a 15-year tenure as a National Sales Trainer & Dance Director. These varied roles have fortified my expertise in sales, leadership, and organizational finesse.

My passion lies in upholding ethical sales practices, ensuring a seamless blend of strategic leadership and operational efficiency. I specialize in understanding and addressing client needs, curating tailored strategies that yield optimal outcomes, whether it involves meticulous account management or motivational guidance.

Beyond the professional sphere, I embrace an array of interests. Whether I’m rhythmically drumming on stage or in the studio or perfecting my golf swing on the course. However, nothing beats the tranquillity of spending time at home in the company of my beloved dogs.

Park Road Furniture embodies my dedication. Since 2012, our mission has centred around championing Canadian and Ontario manufacturers and suppliers. Witnessing our customers contribute to the livelihoods of numerous hard working Canadians has been immensely rewarding.

I have a passion for helping clients create beautiful and functional living spaces.

Originally from Ontario, I moved to Vancouver to study fine art and design (BFA, Emily Carr University of Art + Design). Later I moved to Calgary where I began my career in furniture sales at a national furniture retailer. This led to me moving into retail visual display design for several years which involved putting together room vignettes with coordinating furniture, rugs, and decor accessories to create a cohesive whole. During that time I travelled to several stores in my region to layout the showroom furniture and decorate it to achieve a warm, inviting showroom look.

I enjoy working at Park Road where, not only do we provide our clients with the opportunity to choose from a large selection of furniture styles, but where they can also customize that furniture so it is the perfect fit for their space.

Hello, I’m Beatrix, a certified Interior Designer / Stager/ Decorator, with a deep-rooted passion for creating spaces. Drawing inspiration from my European background, I bring a meticulous eye for detail and showcase a high level of expertise in design, colors, textures, and patterns. With a long history in the customer service industry, I’ve perfected my skills to understand and meet the unique needs of clients.

For the past 3 years, I’ve had the privilege of being part of the Park Road Furniture team, where I’ve been able to channel my creativity into making clients’ visions come to life. There’s nothing more rewarding than transforming spaces into beautiful, functional areas that truly resonate with those who inhabit them. Having spent decades in the restaurant business, I now find myself fortunate to pursue what I love most—creating beautiful designs.

In the Interior Design Industry my role is to help people turn their home into spaces they’ve always dreamed of. My approach involves understanding my client’s needs and preferences and through my knowledge and expertise, I help them achieve their desired aesthetic.

I use my deep understanding of how colors, textures, furniture and decorations complement each other combined with my skills and creativity to create beautiful and cohesive rooms. I guide clients through the design process making sure every decision aligns with their vision. Whether we’re redoing a single room or giving a whole house a makeover, my goal is to exceed expectations and create spaces that are both stunning and personal.

As an Interior Decorator, my role transcends mere work, it’s about bringing people’s dreams to life. It’s about understanding what makes a space special to someone and turning that vision into a reality they can live in and enjoy every day.
