It means we can make whatever you’d like! Solid wood (many varieties), metal, upholstery, finished/unfinished. We can make anything you see in our store, in our catalogues, or we can work with a picture or drawing to come up with something one of a kind. It also means you can’t take it home today, it takes time!
Where is it made, and why does it take so long?
Custom furniture can take anywhere from six to twelve weeks (approximately) to make. Our builders make everything to order, especially for you, so it’s not sitting in a warehouse or mass produced and that takes time! The majority of our builders are in the St.Jacob’s area, but we have suppliers all the way out in Surrey, British Columbia.
All of our custom furniture is Canadian, and the small things are sourced from as many Canadian suppliers as we can find! But to answer, no, not all items are made in Canada.

We have in-store design consultants who are happy to help anytime, and yes – we do offer in-home design services in the London and surrounding area only.
